Winemaker’s Tasting Note – Lifted tropical fruit notes full of lemon citrus and white peaches with ripe melon aromas and hints of vanillin oak. Medium bodied palate full of lemon curd and white peach flavours and subtle oak balanced by crisp, clean acidity on the soft and fresh finish.

Food pairing – Antipasto. Perfect with fresh, barbecued sardines.
