Winemaker’s Tasting Note – Lifted notes of ripe berries, plums and a touch of oak. A refreshing creamy mousse with a vibrant palate displaying full, rich, ripe flavours of dark plum, blackcurrant and mulberry fruit. It has great depth and length, with a vibrant finish.

Food pairing – Venison or other richly flavoured red meats, served with wild mushrooms and roast vegetables.
